The United Kingdom, Ireland and France are some of the greatest destinations in the world to visit. These countries and regions complement and contrast with each other - with fantastic landscapes, vibrant city centres, quaint towns and villages, beautiful architecture and the compelling draw and attraction of mesmerising cultures and history.
A country of impressive diversity and variety, from the rolling hills of the Cotswolds and bustling city life of Manchester to the charms of sleepy Cornish villages and dramatic coastal splendour of the North East.
Beautiful sandy beaches, sinuous sparkling lochs, ancient pine forests, jagged rocky peaks, purple heather moorland, great white waterfalls, mountain torrents and slow peaceful rivers. Scotland’s diverse landscape is rich with wildlife and natural beauty.
Experience a culture deeply steeped in history. Ireland's history is reflected in the warm hospitality, delicious traditional Irish food and drink, brilliant Irish folk music and beautiful landscape. Enjoying a pint or two in a pub in Belfast or experience the local artists of Kerry or Cork, or hiking along a seaside cliff on the Dingle Peninsula, it is hard not to feel a part of the dramatic culture of the country's people and the rich history that is Ireland. The story of Ireland is an ancient tale, older than the pyramids of Egypt and full of more turmoil, upheaval, and romance.
Wales is a vibrant place where history is alive and Welsh culture finds new forms of expression. The male voice choirs may still keep a welcome in the valleys, however an alternative culture flourishes in urban hubs, like Cardiff. Wales remains a superb outdoors location: grab your hiking boots or a mountain bike and head to Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with its stunning scenery and coastal trail or lose yourself in the pounding surf, sweeping beaches and limestone cliffs of the Gower Peninsula.
The fabled land of good food and wine, of Royal chateaux and perfectly restored farmhouses, of landmarks known the world over and hidden landscapes few really know. Savour art and romance in the shining capital on the River Seine. See glorious pasts blaze forth at Versailles. Travel south for Roman civilisation and the sparkling blue Med; indulge your jet-set fantasies in balmy Nice and St-Tropez. Ski the Alps. Sense the subtle infusion of language, music and mythology in Brittany brought by 5th-century Celtic invaders. Smell ignominy on the beaches of Normandy and battlefields of Verdun and the Somme.
